Shabu-shabu by Hodori Restaurant

Hodori, I've been seeing this Japanese Korean Restaurant for a long time but i never tried to eat there until such time that my co-worker told me that this restaurant has a good menu. So i planned to go there and taste there servings. But plan is just a plan, that plan was never been a priority because of the thought that i might spend a lot of money and regret after eating. (Baka hindi masarap)

Until such time that my best friend come home from china and she invited us for a lunch with my other friends, i suggested to her if she wants to take us to Hodori and she said yes, so finally the plan of eating at Hodori is being fulfilled.

And the result, when we get there the waiters are very accommodating, they  welcome us with a warm greetings and smile. They accompanied us at our table and give us the menu. At first we really spec that there foods are expensive. So, for a first timer we keep on asking the waiter if what are the ingredients of each food we see on the menu and for how many serve. 

Then we decided to order first there shabu-shabu and if it will not be enough for us (we are 4) we will order again for another food. So the waiter left the menu for us so we can choose again after eating our first order. while the waiter is preparing our order i took a picture some of there menu.

After a while, another waiter come and serve us this 4 side dishes, which is not included on our order. They said it's for free. After finishing the four side dishes our order is finally here and we never expect again that they will refill our side dishes. Yes, there side dishes are unlimited.

This is our order, the so called shabu-shabu. It has a slice of beef, pork, cabbage, crab balls, onions and the taste broth that completes the taste of all the ingredients. We thought the serving well not enough to us, but it was an irony, the serving is too much for four people. I guess it was for 5 or 6 serving. i can say it is very worth it to eat there if you are planning to eat in a group.

After that day, i brought my husband again there. at this time we order a food for two only.
